“My name is Alejandro Bryant. I practice and teach a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga. My emphasis on breathing, alignment, and pose integrity allows students to safely deepen the practice and develop full body strength and control.
I came to yoga when I discovered that a sedentary lifestyle was making me sick and miserable.
